We rent through Invitation Homes and they utilize Benson as a maintenance vendor. We have had a very annoying leak with repeated visits (100% invitation homes coordination issue). Throughout the process, Andy has been excellent at getting as much as possible on the drywall and water issue we have been having and explaining to us thoroughly what is going on. Of all the people that have come to the house for this he is the one that is singlehandedly saving the customer experience for the rest.

Andy is personable, and professional. He is patient with questions, and explains things in a way that I can understand what he’s doing without professional jargon. He is a pleasure to deal with.
