Our tech Jose was awesome to work with from Benson remodeling. He came to fix a job that a restoration company messed up. He was very professional, on time and went above and beyond what needed to be fixed. We highly recommend!

Justin came out right away and fixed our electrical issue. He was extremely kind and efficient. We would recommend Benson Remodeling every time! This is the second time we have had work done by them and we are just as happy as the first time!

A leak occured in our home during the deep freeze. Jason returned our call within a day and came out to inspect the leak on a holiday! He got us scheduled fast. His technician Justin was assigned to the project and was able to find the source of the leak quickly. Justin did the repair in a timely manner and was very professional. Jason, Justin, and the Benson team went above and beyond! We highly recommend Benson Remodeling!

Super friendly, fast, and professional! We just moved into a rental house, and needed our heaters checked out because 3 out of the 4 weren’t working. They contacted me during the weekend to schedule for today. I was told a time frame the tech would be here, and that they would call me 30 minutes prior to arrival. I got a phone call from Justin, who said he was able to come sooner than my scheduled arrival time if that worked for me and was okay. He got here and got right to work and got all heaters working that weren’t in a matter of no time. He also took his time explaining to me what the issues were with each one, and how to troubleshoot them should I need to. Before he left, he asked if there was anything else that I was needing maintenance help with in the house, and tested all heaters again. He let my two pugs meet him and acted like they were best friends lol. I really appreciate Justin coming out here today, and now my house is toasty warm and cozy. Thank you Benson Remodeling and Justin! 5 stars in my book!
