We don’t believe in making you wait. A member of our team will review your inquiry and reach out within 24 hours to introduce ourselves, discuss your project high-levels, and answer any initial questions you might have.

3. The Home Consultation. We'll Visit Your Home
Great projects start with a clear picture. We’ll schedule a convenient time to walk through your space together. During this visit, we’ll take precise measurements, discuss your budget and design ideas, and identify any unique structural opportunities or challenges.

4. Crafting the Plan. We'll Build a Proposal
Behind the scenes, we get to work turning your ideas into a concrete plan. We put together a detailed, transparent proposal that outlines the scope of work, material options, estimated timelines, and a clear budget breakdown so there are no surprises.

5. Making it Official. You Accept the Proposal
Once you’ve reviewed the plan and we’ve answered all your questions, you’ll sign the agreement and make the initial deposit. This officially transitions your project from a concept into a reality on our active roster.

With the paperwork finalized, we secure your spot on our production calendar. We’ll coordinate the necessary permits, order the long-lead materials, and assign your dedicated project manager so everything is perfectly aligned for day one.

7. Dust, Detail, and Progress. The Project Gets Started
On launch day, our team arrives on time and ready to work. We take great care to protect the rest of your home from dust and debris. Your project manager will keep you updated every step of the way, ensuring the craftsmanship meets our strict standards.

8. Welcome to Your New Space. The Project is Finished
The tools are packed, the space is professionally cleaned, and the final inspection is complete. We’ll do a final walkthrough with you to ensure every single detail is exactly how you envisioned it. The keys are yours—it's time to enjoy your newly remodeled home.

9. Your Partners for the Long Haul. We Follow Up With You
Our relationship doesn’t end when the dust settles. We’ll check back in after a few weeks (and again before your warranty period ends) to ensure everything is functioning beautifully and that you are still completely in love with the results.
