Jason returned our call within a day and came out to inspect the leak on a holiday! He got us scheduled fast. His technician Justin was assigned to the project and was able to find the source of the leak quickly. Justin did the repair in a timely manner and was very professional. We just moved into a rental house, and needed our heaters checked out because 3 out of the 4 weren’t working. They contacted me during the weekend to schedule for today. I was told a time frame the tech would be here, and that they would call me 30 minutes prior to arrival. I got a phone call from Justin, who said he was able to come sooner than my scheduled arrival time if that worked for me and was okay. He got here and got right to work and got all heaters working that weren’t in a matter of no time. He also took his time explaining to me what the issues were with each one, and how to troubleshoot them should I need to. Before he left, he asked if there was anything else that I was needing maintenance help with in the house, and tested all heaters again. He let my two pugs meet him and acted like they were best friends lol. I really appreciate Justin coming out here today, and now my house is toasty warm and cozy.
